Yeah, well we are happily back together again :)

Anyways, enough of my boring life! On with the show!

So last year, my boyfriend introduced me to Paramore and I fell in love. I love the way Haley Williams’ voice sounds. I think it’s quite unique. I wanted to go to Honda Civic Tour since they’re stopping here in Atlanta (and I’ve never been to a concert before) but the tickets are like $50! I’m sorry Paramore but are you freaking’ kidding me? $50 is a lot for a concert! I love you, Paramore, but not that much. :p

I decided to do a cover on The Only Exception from the Paramore CD Brand New Eyes. It’s like… the best song ever. I actually love the entire CD and highly recommend it.

Oh and I acted silly half way through the song… hehe… I’ll see if ya’ll notice me trying to be a cool singer.

Last Friday, I went with 6 of my friends to Phantom of the Opera at the Fabulous Fox Theater here in Atlanta!

I saw Phantom of the Opera in London 3 years ago!! Yay London!

Memorable Moments

What I learned:
-Singing requires more breath (and breath support) than I originally thought

You literally can find anything on YouTube lol. I’m actually jealous of the people who get paid to do stuff on the YT. That would be totally cool. And people get totally famous on YouTube… Remember the Numa Numa Guy? That was my absolute favorite!!! I watched that every day one summer… I’m currently making plans for my own viral video. :p

Anyways, I was searching YouTube for this song Alma De Core because I needed to learn it. So I’m searching and listening to all different people sing it and I come across this dude… I was so surprised. He’s like the Nick Pitera of Opera.

Ahhh! He sings better than me :/

I started my singing adventures with Opera… That’s my baby. But I really enjoy broadway musicals more. Maybe because it’s mostly in English. Or maybe it’s because it’s American. I don’t know. I get lost in the music so easily…

It also could be because I’ve never actually seen an Opera live… I have to do that really soon! Maybe I’ll change my mind :)

Anyways, I like the last words of this song: “And I won’t quit until I’m a star on Broadway!” I know I can do it! I’m not saying it’s going to be easy but I know I can do it! Even if I don’t reach my dreams until I 70 yrs old or something. I won’t give up!
